This home blends rustic cabin with ultra modern construction. It is highly durable and will last generations. The elastomer has no VOCs (off gases), has a AAA+ fire rating, and can withstand temperatures from -100c to 92c. Appliances and fixtures are brand new from 2025. Comes with water heater, electric heat, stove, fridge and microwave.
