We provide clear, flat-rate pricing for our residential real estate services to ensure there are no surprises during your transaction. For a residential purchase, our total fee is $1,949 plus HST, which includes a $1,249 legal fee, $250 for mortgage registration, and $450 for disbursements. Our residential sale service is offered at $1,349 plus HST, covering a $949 legal fee and $400 in disbursements, while residential refinancing is available for $1,399 plus HST, including a $949 legal fee and $450 in disbursements. These disbursement figures cover essential out-of-pocket expenses—such as software licenses, banking fees, and couriers—allowing for a streamlined and predictable closing process.
