How long does the installation process take?
Most residential projects are completed in 1–3 days, depending on the system and necessary concrete prep.
How soon can I drive or walk on my new floor?
You can usually walk on it after 24 hours and park vehicles after 48–72 hours.
Are your coatings safe for indoor use?
Yes, we use best-in-class, medical-grade Canadian materials with Low to Zero VOCs for safe indoor application as well as pet and child safe.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, all residential Epoxy Boss installations come with a full 5-year warranty against peeling or delamination.
Is the surface slippery when wet?
Slip resistance in all of our systems is completely customizable; we can achieve any level of slip resistance based on your needs.
What areas do you serve?
We service all of Ontario, with free on-site estimates provided within the GTA. For projects over one hour from the GTA, travel and accommodation charges will apply to the installation process.
How do I clean and maintain my floor?
Simply use a soft-bristle broom and a pH-neutral cleaner; no waxing is required. Since we use superior polyaspartics and urethanes, your floor is highly chemical and UV resistant, though you should avoid extreme chemical spills.
Can you fix cracks and pitted concrete before coating?
Absolutely, in fact, we can't install our systems over damaged surfaces; we specialize in full surface restoration and crack repair as part of our prep process.
Will the floor yellow or fade over time?
No, we use UV-stable topcoats that prevent yellowing and maintain color clarity for years.
